Another trip to the vet

Another day, another trip to see Dr. S at Cats Exclusive. This time it was not overly traumatic, it was just for Zephyr's annual checkup. He was upset, tried to burrow into a corner and hide while in the exam room, but the visit was brief (maybe half an hour) and wholly positive. He's a healthy little dude.

I find in interesting how Zeph, normally an assertive cat with a fairly large personality (felinality?) becomes completely timid and inert when at the vet. His whole demeanor changes to one similar to a protester getting arrested and just going limp, not hindering nor aiding the cops hauling him away, just waiting for it to be over. Now that we're back home, I'm sure he'll be back to chasing the other cats and demanding my attention and breaking things at will in no time.

I get to go see Dr. S again on Monday, when I bring Raimei in for a follow-up on her dental surgery. Life with cats.
